Last night, my initial plans were to spend my evening at an international dinner party downtown with some friends, but plans abruptly changed when I found out the dinner party started at 12:30am. That was a no-no for me seeing as I had work relatively early this morning =( I made my famous yellow cake with chocolate frosting, too. Oh well...I ended up putting that cake to good use, though, because as an alternative, I invited Seb's cousins and aunt and uncle over for an early dinner party hosted by YOURS TRULY...Mexican-American style. Yea, I said it. I made fajitas, chili con carne, brownies and cake. And it was a hit. I came to the conclusion that when I really try, I'm not too bad of a cook. In fact, I'm pretty good. I also came to the conclusion that I will probably never cook like that again, because I was shot by the end of the night. Completely exhausted. But well worth it =D
