WTF? Hahahaha! But, no. Bear doesn't actually do the surviving. he just shows you what you should do in such a situation. Now Les Stroud (sp?), he actually goes out there and does the dirty work). I think even once he had to cut it short and get picked up. I think! Not sure though...
